Hi Guys! I’m in a hotel room in Louisiana preparing for a weekend of working for college football. How am I doing that?
Listening to Ayurveda podcasts. Everyone knows that.
Sarah Hutchinson has been hosting a week full of Ayurveda talks and I can’t get enough of them.
I’m constantly reminded of how important this practice is and to see it readily available in different sources makes me too excited. Ayurveda will change your life. And the best part, the longer you incorporate it, the better it gets.
I notice (myself included) as a culture we are always looking for the best way to do things, but we get there and feel a bit discouraged. Ayurveda on the other hand, always has you working to find the balance and with dedication, will keep improving your life. And, you have access to it in more places than ever.
What I’m trying to say is that you should catch the tail end of this conference. It’s powerful, informative, and funny. There are many different talks you can catch. It’s free until Sunday. Or you can purchase a package to listen to the talks all the time. (This is me not selling, just want you to head over and check it out.)
Some of my favorites so far have been the Future of Ayurveda with Dr. Douillard, Ayurveda for Busy People with Scott Blossom, Healthy Happy and Sexy with Katie Silcox (image posted above) and Girlfriend Ayurveda. They all seems to mention the importance of a morning routine, cooking for yourself, slowing down and doing less, better.
If you love Ayurveda or simply want to know more I highly recommend!
